The fix should work no matter how many the DLCs you have or any combination of them including Dead Money (DM), Honest Hearts (HH), Old World Blues (OWB), Lonesome Road (LR), Gun Runners Arsenal (GRA), and the Courier's Stash (CS). Perks fixed are And Stay Back, Commando, Cowboy, Demolition Expert, Grunt, In Shining Armor, Laser Commander, Shotgun Surgeon, Plasma Spaz, The Professional, and Pyromaniac.
It adds the weapons added in the DLCs and even from the pre orders so that the perk will be able to enhance them as well.
